Find the thought you remember, catch up on a project, or bring shared work into a conversation. Add the URL below, sign in with Google, and review the access your AI receives.

Claude

1. Open Settings → Connectors.
2. Choose Add custom connector and paste the URL.
3. Continue with Google and review the consent screen.

ChatGPT

1. In Settings → Security and login, turn on Developer mode.
2. Open Plugins, select +, and add the URL as a public MCP connection.
3. Review the discovered tools, connect with Google, then add Thoughts from the tools menu in a new chat.

Developer mode depends on your account and workspace policy. See OpenAI’s connection guide. If Thoughts is already connected, refresh its tools and start a new chat after an update.

Start with a question

• “Show me my recent thoughts.”
• “What have I added to the Launch project this week?”
• “Find my thought about pricing in Launch and read the whole thing.”
• “Show me projects shared with me and thoughts Sam added.”
• “What has someone else changed recently?”
• “Do I have any unread invitations or shared-project notifications?”
• “Save these next steps as a new thought in Launch.”

Activity shows the latest changes available in the cloud, not every past edit. Invitations can be reviewed and answered in Thoughts. The connector has no tools for editing or deleting existing content, inviting people, or reading recordings and attachments.
