Terms

These terms cover the Thoughts app, cloud sync, invitations, and connected services.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your Apple or Google identity and for the collaborators and connectors you approve. Do not use Thoughts to access another person's data without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You give Thoughts the limited permission needed to store, transmit, and process content you explicitly sync or share so the requested features work.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse invitations, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited when needed to protect users or the service.

Connected services

Google, Apple, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Anthropic, and other connected providers operate under their own terms. Connector results can be incomplete or incorrect; review important outputs before relying on them.

Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Where law permits, it is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
